1. Sponsor

The Sudsy Summer Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Rave Laundry, 132 E Fairview Ave, Meridian, ID 83642 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the State of Idaho who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Individuals who have previously won any Rave Laundry giveaway or promotion are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period and Drawing Periods

The Promotion runs from June 20, 2026 through September 1, 2026. It includes four separate drawing periods ("Drawing Periods"), each with its own entry window and drawing date. All times are Mountain Time.

Drawing 1: Enter June 20 to June 30, 2026. Drawn on or about June 30. Win 2 Boise Hawks tickets.

Drawing 2: Enter July 1 to July 21, 2026. Drawn on or about July 21. Win 2 Boise Hawks tickets and a $25 Rave Laundry card.

Drawing 3: Enter July 22 to August 11, 2026. Drawn on or about August 11. Win 2 Boise Hawks tickets and a $50 Rave Laundry card.

Drawing 4: Enter August 12 to September 19, 2026. Drawn on or about September 19. Win 2 Boise Hawks tickets, a $50 Rave Laundry card, and a Rave Laundry bag.

4. How to Enter

During each Drawing Period, enter for free using either method below:

Complete all required fields (first name, last name, email, and phone number). All entries must be received by the end of the applicable Drawing Period. Limit one entry per person per Drawing Period. Entries apply only to the Drawing Period in which they are received and do not carry over, so enter during each Drawing Period to be eligible for that period's drawing.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary. Adding value to a Rave Laundry card or making any purchase is not required to enter and will not improve your chances of winning. Consenting to receive marketing text messages or emails is optional and is not required to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

For each Drawing Period, Sponsor will select one winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Drawing Period. Drawings will be held on or about the dates listed above. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Drawing Period. Limit one prize per person for the entire Promotion.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

Prizes are as listed in Section 3. Boise Hawks tickets are general admission to a 2026 regular-season Boise Hawks home game at Memorial Stadium, subject to availability and the Boise Hawks schedule. The approximate retail value of all prizes combined is approximately $20.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all taxes and for any expenses not specified as part of the prize, including transportation to and from the stadium.

7. Winner Notification

Each winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within three business days of the drawing. A winner must respond and claim the prize within five days of notification. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the time stated, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Drawing Period.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Promotion and is handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices. If you opt in to marketing messages, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. See Sponsor's privacy policy at [PRIVACY POLICY URL].

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last name, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

10. General Conditions and Release

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion or any Drawing Period if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.

11. Boise Hawks

The Boise Hawks are not a sponsor or administrator of this Promotion. Tickets are provided in connection with Sponsor's marketing partnership with the Boise Hawks.

12. No Affiliation with Meta

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta from any responsibility for the Promotion. Any information you provide is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.

13. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Winners List

To request the name of a winner, send a written request to Rave Laundry, 132 E Fairview Ave, Meridian, ID 83642, or email info@ravelaundry.com, within 30 days after the final drawing.
